2025 SECONDMENT PROGRAM

SECONDMENT & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WITH SHAUN PARKER & COMPANY

Shaun Parker & Company are inviting emerging professional dancers based in Sydney to apply for our upcoming Secondment & Professional Development Program. There will be multiple opportunities to undertake a secondment whilst we develop a new major work in Sydney during November & December 2025.

The secondments will be held throughout the following dates:

10-14 Nov / 17-21 Nov / 24-28 Nov / 15-19 Dec

*SP&Co understand the challenges of the freelance dancer lifestyle and costs of living in Sydney, we are open to negotiating flexible arrangements for secondments.

 

Selected applicants for the Secondment & Professional Development Program will experience working in a professional contemporary dance company environment and undertake daily company classes and be involved in the creative development of a new work by internationally renowned Choreographer and Artistic Director, Shaun Parker.

This opportunity is specifically designed for dancers who are based in Sydney (Gadigal Land). This secondment program is free of charge, and is invitation only, so please ensure that you submit a strong application for selection.
