Volunteer for TUT at Art & About Sydney

Shaun Parker & Company are looking for volunteers to assist with TUT which will be performed as part of Art & About Sydney in Pitt Street Mall and Dixon Street Mall in April. Find out more about TUT here.

As volunteer street ushers you will be required to welcome audiences, hand out flyers and talk about the performance, assist with audience and crowd movement, performance site logistics, and help ensure the general safety and security of the event.

We are looking for individuals who:
– Are friendly and communicative
– Feel comfortable talking with members of the public
– Are reliable and organised
– Are able to stand and walk around for the length of the event
– Are happy to apply for a working with children check (TUT is an all ages event)
– Are excited about being part of this great event!

All volunteers will have an induction to the work and the performance space onsite prior to each performance, and there will be a Shaun Parker & Company staff member in support at all times. Volunteers will be required for approximately 3 hours on each performance date from 4.30-7.30pm

Performance dates are:
Thursday 7 April at Dixon St Mall, Chinatown
Friday 8 April at Pitt St Mall
Thursday 14 April at Dixon St Mall, Chinatown
Friday 15 April at Pitt St Mall
Thursday 21 April at Dixon St Mall, Chinatown
Friday 22 April at Pitt St Mall
