WELCOME MISH FLETCHER AND JANE KREIS TO THE SP&CO BOARD

Shaun Parker & Company is delighted to welcome Mish Fletcher and Jane Kreis as the newest members of our Board.

Mish and Jane join SP&Co at an exciting time of growth and creative ambition. Over the coming years, the company will develop bold new major works, generate meaningful paid opportunities for artists, and bring world-class Australian dance theatre to audiences nationally and internationally.

Their combined expertise, insight and leadership will be invaluable as SP&Co continues to strengthen its impact, expand its reach and realise its ambitious vision for the future.

We warmly welcome Mish and Jane to the SP&Co community and look forward to working closely with them as we embark on this exciting next chapter.

 

Mish Fletcher GAICD is a driver of change, with decades of experience helping organisations navigate successive waves of technological, market and organisational transformation. Her career spans senior leadership roles with OgilvyOne Worldwide, Accenture Interactive and Interpublic Group across Sydney, London and New York, alongside board and advisory experience including OgilvyOne’s Executive Leadership Board and advisory boards with ad:tech and the Data & Marketing Association. Today, as Founder of Métier Marketing, Mish advises organisations on growth strategy, marketing transformation and the practical application of AI. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and AI certifications from Cornell University.

Dr Jane Kreis is Director of Grafton Regional Gallery on Bundjalung Country and former Chair of Regional Arts NSW. With more than 30 years’ experience across Australia’s arts, cultural and higher education sectors, she has held leadership roles including Director of Theatre Network NSW and Executive Officer of Arts North West. Jane is a specialist in regional arts, cultural policy, arts advocacy and sustainable creative practice. Her doctoral research, Together Alone: Conditions for Sustainability in Australian Independent Theatre, continues to inform her work in cultural leadership and sector development. She is passionate about building partnerships that strengthen communities through arts and culture.
