Introducing our new Senior Producer – Lee McIver

Shaun Parker & Company are thrilled to welcome Lee McIver as our new Senior Producer!

Lee brings a wealth of experience, creative insight and international connections, with more than three decades working across contemporary performance, dance, music and touring. As a producer, arts leader, composer and performer, he combines a deep understanding of the creative process with a passion for supporting artists and bringing ambitious work to audiences.

As CEO and Producer of Percussion Australia from 2014–2026, Lee oversaw Taikoz and Synergy Percussion, supporting the creation of more than 80 new works and over 100 mainstage performances. In his previous role as Creative Director of Elmac, Lee delivered performances and events across Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Europe, and has advised leading dance companies on international touring strategy.

Lee’s combination of artistic understanding, producing expertise and collaborative spirit will be invaluable as we develop new works, champion our extraordinary artists and expand opportunities for audiences to experience the Company’s work in Australia and internationally.
